Ohhh, this is hard for me in English. We have something that is called „Das 
Recht auf informationelle Selbstbestimmung“. And if you do not explicitly 
accept it, a provider must not scan your mails for spam, as this breaks this 
law. You can not check for mail without looking inside the mail content, which 
is covered by this right.
