As with any knee-jerk legislation it is ill-thought out and can
probably be interpreted in many ways depending on the current mood of
whoever is policing it.

If the service can look at it they will know who it is from.

Spam fighting lists are already discussing how to block them.

Lots of people talk about sending anonymously but how about receiving
anonymously?  We sort of have that already with throwaway accounts at
gmail, yahoo, etc. but a site that creates explicit anonymity would be
useful I think.
