Emails from a particular company to one specific user on our system are disappearing at our server. Emails from other sources come through to the user's IMAP box without incident. Here's a log transaction of one that does NOT make it:

It appears that the server is accepting the message, but it is not making into the cyrus database? The message isn't bouncing as far as I can tell. All spam processing is done on an appliance in front of the Postfix server so it would appear that the spam appliance isn't blocking it. I don't know where to go from here. I'm marginally technical with Postfix and have been running a system for many years without too many challenges. This one has me stumped, however. Can anyone guide me through some further troubleshooting to see where these messages are going? I can initiate the sending of the email that is failing from the sending companies website, but that's all the control I have over that end of it. Jeff J. StarionHost
