The cyrus LDA accepts delivery of the message, you're looking for
problems in the wrong system.  You need to debug cyrus.

The user may have sieve rules that discard some mail or store it
in a custom mailbox.  This issue is unrelated to Postfix, open a
new thread on the Cyrus mailing list if you can't make progress on
your own.  Good luck.
