Well, I got it sorted. Man, this is not a fun time with conflicting documentation and lots of incomplete info out there. However, I am still having one issue. Some users are local (/usr/home/user) but most are in a MySQL database. I cannot figure out how to get dovecot to access both and it looks like I have to either authenticate against pam or MySQL, not both. Right now, it is all working correctly for the local users.
