Hard Disk : 500 GB
CPU : Intel Xenon 2.4 GHz
How do I go about partitioning ? Will there be any benefits of having Logical
Partitions ? Will it have impact on the performance ?
Pls. provide recommendations.

In my opinion, spool directories must always reside on the different partition
(or on the different drive).
In case of system crash the data will not be affected.
