AIUI, mailscanner directly manipulates the postfix queue files, which is not supported and is extremely frowned upon by the Postfix developer(s), to put it lightly.
I'd stay away from any solution stack including mailscanner, or simply disable it, if that's possible in the overall framework of the stack.
