If I remember correctly, in the config section of Outlook, when setting up an account, there is is test button. <TOOLS>; <E-MAIL ACCOUNTS>; view or change existing e-mail accounts POP3 or IMAP depending on your system After insuring that the entries are correct, use the "Test Account Settings". What does the output show?
