Please don't post in HTML.

And without logs, or at the very least an error message, anything
would be at best a guess. May want to ask in an Exchange group as yes,
this has nothing to do with postfix.

Sorry about the HTML it won't happen again.

The error message was:
Relay Access Denied (smtp code 554)

Or... mail just got stuck in the outbox and produced no error

We don't use Exchange just PostFix.  However, like a lot of Windows based
companies we do use Outlook as our mail client.  I have already asked the
Outlook group about this without much success hence my shout out to this
list and the use of Thunderbird.  I should mention that I couldn't find
anything in the logs to suggest the client even attempted to send external
mail let alone was rejected by PostFix.  But I don't know PostFix well
enough to determine if I correctly checked all the relevant logs.  Again any
assistance would be greatly appreciated.
