a) This is - in my mind - rationale/code/concept or whatever
you call it... a failure?
Queue's or any other manager, should be able to pick up
config/runtime changes - certainly such critical ones as
this - immediately(after re-load/boot)?
b) well, because - unless with external means &| until
amavis/perl(al least on Centos10) gets.. "fixed" after
reboot - I (anybod?) would prefer not to worry about this.
