Can someone set up a CNAME or alias for https://www.postfix.org so that
https://postfix.org works?

That may be possible by adding a DNS postfix.org A record (with the
same IP address as www.postfix.org), plus webserver configuration
(also accept requests for postfix.org), plus letsencrypt configuration
(name postfix.org and subject alternative name www.postfix.org).

Is it worth it?

I run a fair number of web sites and email domains with letsencrypt SSL certificates. I am nowhere near as smart as most folks on this list, but I will gladly volunteer to help out with the configuration, if you'd like.

If I can be of service, please let me know.
