Oh. I thought I would see them like I see these 10025 entries:

Jun 29 00:00:02 cjbnew postfix/smtp[15813]: < 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]:10025: 220 filter.mynetwork.local ESMTP including the port number. I added your suggestion and I see the traffic now for spampd but 10026 is not mentioned in those log entries.

Just saying.... looks like my expectations were off...

Jyst FYI I use amavisd as content_filter which results into messages like this:

Jul 1 00:10:09 mail postfix/lmtp[10512]: 4WC3JH6JvyzFpYN: to=<redac...@example.com>, relay=127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]:10024, delay=1.5, delays=0.06/0.01/0.01/1.4, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 from MTA(smtp:[127.0.0.1]:10025): 250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as 4WC3JK2GyLzFpYh)

where the:
"250 2.0.0 from MTA(smtp:[127.0.0.1]:10025): 250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as 4WC3JK2GyLzFpYh" is message from amavis and further the:
"250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as 4WC3JK2GyLzFpYh"
is message from postfix on port 10025, which I further see as:

Jul  1 00:10:09 mail postfix/smtpd[10522]: 4WC3JK2GyLzFpYh:
client=localhost[127.0.0.1]

...because I did not override syslog_name (didn't need that).

So, if you expect the port_name in logs, it must be send by your spampd and if it's not, you won't find it anywhere, which is why I recommended overriding syslog_name in master.cf
