Hello Phillipe, for your consideration see above regarding the bit rate detection when running flac to pcm conversion and why it doesn't work with unsupported bitrates. In particular the implementation of -W switch. Not so sure it's trivial but this does seem to be the root cause as to why the conversions don't operate as expected.
