As best as I can explain it, for those players whose max sample rate is
greater than or equal to the flac audio track sample rate, the flac
command works properly and converts the audio to pcm format at the FLAC
sample rate (it does not down sample).  Whenever the FLAC sample rate is
greater than the players max specified sample rate, the flac command
fails with unsupported sample rate.  A quick test to simulate this
action is set a player to pcm codec only with max sample rate of 44.1
and then try to send it a flac of 96k or something similar.  I can
reproduce this problem on BubbleUpnp (which will support upto 192k) as
well as on Sonos (44.1k only).  I will try to pull a log and the config
when I get a few free moments.
