Setting "Live Delay" to 3 mins seems to improve it a bit more with fewer pauses. It's hard to be accurate about this as playback pauses are not consistent, but it definitely seems better. Skipping back seemed to fail as playback just paused for a second or so, and then carried on - i.e. no skip back, although it claimed several thousand seconds delay.
