Thanks for the nice write-up Gabriel.  I think my biggest problem is 
that after so many years in IT, specifically Unix and Linux, I'm just a 
picky bastard, and am tough to please.  You are correct when I look at 
it objectively...Ubuntu does present itself well.  That doesn't mean 
everyone is going to like it.  However, if more move to Linux because of 
it, then that's a good thing.
