I do not know whether there are other subscribers who face this. But Tata Communications now offers this service for only SMEs. They are either upgrading old customers to newer costlier plans or letting them go so that they can focus only on SMEs. What leads me to feel this way: - There is no agility shown by them in solving the issues for more than 1 week now. This was never the case before. "Server down hai" - the local engineer casually replies, which was never so. - On threatening to close the connection they immediately tell the procedure to do so as if they were expecting this. (Whether to call it arrogance or strategy?) - The refund procedure is well laid out. There is no argument from them like they can't refund prepaid charges etc, neither there is any question like why you want to close.
