I'll create templates next.
I decided against creating new templates for these options.
As I see it, they wouldn't be used anyway and we already have too many
options. So I just set them to their default values in the postinst.
Do you agree with this, or should we add templates for (some of) them?
I leave this up to Scott. My opinion was to get rid of those and just
keep a verbose .conf file with a little explanation (english only
was the downside).
OK.
Remaining things TODO:
* create new templates (I'm going to work on this next.)
Done.
* update lintian overrides
Also done.
There are two new overrides for clamav-base:
no-debconf-config
unused-debconf-template clamav-base/numinfo
These are due to the fact, that the clamav-base/numinfo is a error message
used in common_functions, but not intended to be configured.
* update debian/copyright
* update debian/changelog
* update libclamunrar
* check if we want to build clamsubmit
* check if reverse-build-dependencies still build
* check installation/upgrade
This seems to work correctly.
* check if bugs are possibly fixed with this version
There is the ipv6 one which should be fixed, I double check in a jiffies…
Yeah, that should be fixed.
Besides that, it looks you handled on your own. Are there any todo
items?
Remaining TODO:
* update debian/copyright
* update debian/changelog
* update libclamunrar
* check if we want to build clamsubmit
* check if reverse-build-dependencies still build
I'm currently looking at updating debian/copyright.
Best regards,
Andreas
