I decided against creating new templates for these options.
As I see it, they wouldn't be used anyway and we already have too many
options. So I just set them to their default values in the postinst.
Do you agree with this, or should we add templates for (some of) them?

There are two new overrides for clamav-base:
no-debconf-config
unused-debconf-template clamav-base/numinfo
These are due to the fact, that the clamav-base/numinfo is a error
message used in common_functions, but not intended to be configured.
* update debian/copyright
* update debian/changelog
* update libclamunrar
* check if we want to build clamsubmit
* check if reverse-build-dependencies still build
* check installation/upgrade
This seems to work correctly.
* check if bugs are possibly fixed with this version
