I installed it a week ago. Did an in-place upgrade. All went smoothly
Boot times are no faster - perhaps even a bit slower! Buttons on LHS - can't be bothered to change them! I use Evolution / Firefox / OO / Gimp etc and cannot really notice any major issues. It all just works!
