Honestly don't recall now, and I think there's an "official" way to do it (remember I did this in the early stages just after they changed it). I am trying to decide whether to just learn the new way - the plan, apparently, is to make use of the right-hand side of the title bar for other things in future, so I'm not sure I want to miss out.
