Hi there

Opps well it would be a strange would if we all aggreed on some thing.  I for 
one hate "work" incroshing/braking into my play time and would find a incress 
in "business/enterprise" a put off.   There are meny companeys/orgnisations 
offing 24/7 support to business out there (novel, red hat and ubuntu) to name 
but 3.

I would encoughe Mark if he is wared about something breaking at work to get a 
good service plan with a company like the ones menchend above.
