For people who use photoshop $10/month is a great deal. For people who only
use lightroom, it’s not such a good deal, as much or more as we were paying for
annual upgrades, and we simply lose the ability to continue using an older
version without paying.
OTOH, the perpetual license version CS6 still serves quite well and
doesn't cost me ANYTHING/month.
