I tested it pretty thoroughly some time back and found that it was near to
unusable for my work. It seems to never stop processing and be finished with a
job, no matter how small the number of files I gave it to work on. After a
month of trying to use it, I gave up and erased it on my system.
It was indeed slower than LR while I had it on the Intel-based Mac Mini.
On bigger jobs it drove the processor temp up to 100 deg c and then the
computer would put the brakes on to keep it from getting any higher.
All that changed when I got the Mac Studio and moved the RAW files from
a sluggish NAS to USB3 SSDs connected directly to the computer.
Everything is fine and fast now.
