Thanks, John. That was my thought originally. Worked very well on a trip to 
England that included a one-week 100 mile walk, though the combination then was 
a *ist DS with an A 28/2.8 lens on it. Got lots of good photos with that. As 
I’ve been saying lately, thought, I want to travel as light as possible on this 
trip and have, possibly unwisely, opted instead for a pocketable Fuji 
compact—albeit one designed for the  “enthusiast.”
