I am sure many would disagree, but I consider the infamous "sticky mirror" 
problem a major design flaw. And that only is enough to make the LX a not so 
dependable camera because you would never know when the problem would strike 
(quietly) in the field, until too late... If a camera stop working, you can 
use another one instantly. But if the focus shifted quietly without you 
knowing, every picture would come out blurred...  :(
