I use the sound forge noise reduction plug in in only that manner, capturing only noise at minus 100 DB and by that I mean, no speech or breath sounds do I use as capture material because that causes swishing sounds and under water sounding results. No thank you, I hear enough of that. Gold Wave does a good job of that as well, and for fifty bux, that is a bargain, and if used correctly it will do quite an amazing job as well.
