Okay, Curtis and gang! First, thanks for all your ideas, suggestions and info. I've pretty much neglected Soundforge and tend to use Studio Recorder asmuch as I can. But since there are certain things I want to do, like the reducing hiss and static thing, I think I need to start paying attention. Since I now have the cheapo version of 6.0, I'd like your various advices about what version would be best to upgrade to. I've actually not read your feelings about SF 9, Curtis, and I suppose I could go through the archives to find out, but is it worth it for me to upgrade to Version 9? Does Version 9 have Acoustic Mirror, or is that another plug-in? Lots to learn, I know that!
Thanks!
