Hi Brian

Thank you very much for the information. I've downloaded the scripts but when loading them first into Audition 1.0 I'm finding I can't change the attributes in the Multitrack view. All I get is 'busy' When I press Enter to change the choice I get an error.

I can't seem to compile the Audition.jss file - it comes up with the error 'Expected command window to be a variable of type int not handle.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Hi,
Please read this about your problems.

Brian
http://www.kulgan.net/mick/programming/jfwscripts/audition/
Among the changes are:
* Support for Audition 1.5! However, JAWS unfortunately sometimes fails
to load the scripts when using Audition 1.5. This is not an issue with
the scripts and is beyond our control, though a possible solution is
discussed on the web page and in the bugs file.
* The use of window messages for the execution of most commands, thereby
removing the dependency on Audition's keyboard shortcuts remaining at
their default values, and for the retrieval of the status of certain
controls, thus eliminating the need to use colour information.
Unfortunately, this means that the scripts now require JAWS 5.1 or
above, as support for window messages in the scripting language was not
introduced until 5.1.

Subject: Adobe Audition

Hi
I wrote a week or two ago without reply and thought I'd try again.

Some of us are benefiting from the scripts made for Cool Edit Pro and Adobe Audition version 1 to make them more accessible especially on the Multitrack view. I've gone ahead and updated the program to Audition version 1.5 and of course have discovered that the scripts do not work for this. I tried contacting the scripts' author without success - even his webpage does not seem to be available. I don't know how easy the scripts would be to update but would value anyone's opinion, etc.

Look forward to some feedback.
