Hello Stefano, Actually you can configure the system to automatically create the agents when they loging for the first time, you just need to configure the sync part and have the correct maping table.
When authenticating customers via AD, they don't get created into the local database nor syncronized, but you can configure múltiple customer sources so they can loging. Check the manual in chapter 11. http://doc.otrs.org/3.1/en/html/external-backends.html http://doc.otrs.org/3.1/en/html/customer-user-backend.html#multiple-customer-backends If not usign LDAP you can allow customer self registration.
