You can find the config in a previous message I sent the list. Just need to
replace all instances of "sAMAccountName" with "mail". Then modify the
agent login page and customer login page so its says "email address"
instead of "username" in the username textbox.

Let me know if you still need me to copy/paste the sections and I'll try
ssh'ing to the otrs server later today

It seems whatever you put as UID will be used as primary key to identify
the agents. I guess it should be possible to manipulate the records
directly on the table and update the field with the new identifier but Im
still learning how everything works so I might be wrong
