How would a user (who cares) know which package is Free and which isn't?
I'm fairly well versed in those matters, and yet, even I don't know for
sure for all packages.
And most users who "don't care" probably don't even know there's
something to care for, so making the difference clear might bring them
to learn to appreciate the distinction.
