I had your same problem some time ago... JFFS2 filesystem can't be mounted in the obvious way :| You need a further step regarding the mtd device Here some good documentation: http://gentoo-wiki.com/Mounting_a_block_device_with_JFFS2 Anyway I'm not very skilled, so "take it as it is".
