Looks good to me. On pg 13 you note about area for 'skining' features, well some of those features might call for a full viewer restart as they would actually involve changing the actual png files used ie if they are a different color like the 'silver' skin in the old viewer or like the semi- transparent ones I use in my v-d builds for personal use that give some but not all of the windows a 'glassed' appearance.
