Then on the other hand if you are the copyright holder of a BDI configuration
file and is willing to contribute that BDI configuration file to OpenOCD, then
it would be much appreciated. That file could then be translated to
OpenOCD speak by "someone".

We can't wholesale copy official BDI configuration files into OpenOCD, but
if you have written a config file from scratch, then you are the
copyright holder
and is free to contribute it to OpenOCD.

The hard bit is figuring out the reset init sequence and flash setup, not
the syntax.
