Since we’re on the subject of talks lately, sounds like you could easily fill an hour or so with tales of what’s worked and hasn’t from a recruiter’s perspective. (Along with a lot of other things I imagine you don’t easily see sat on one just side of the fence.) Might well be helpful for both employers and developers.
