I guess this is not a recent change (wayback machine says the redirect to the gitlab wiki already existed in 2018), but now JavaScript (and perhaps even more specific JS features) is required to read the wiki? (Well, at least reading doesn't require accepting Gitlab's indemnification clause.) -- Nuno Silva
