hm.. I was trying to follow this instructions 
  http://dev.mutt.org/trac/wiki/UseCases/MultiAccounts
where my_hdr is used.
However for some reason the my_hdr is not used, signature
set in th same way is.

I use esmtp and have this part working. Just need to figure out how to
set "From:" in a hook.
