Did you try fetchmail with procmail for local deliver?
my .fetchmailrc look like this:

defaults
        mda "/usr/bin/procmail -d %T"
        no rewrite

poll localhost with protocol pop3 and port 11110:
        user silver there with password "xxx" is silver here
        user eunjea there with password "xxx" is silver here
