Which is why I'm using w3m instead of urlview:
macro pager \cb |w3m\n 'call w3m to extract URLs out of a message'
works nicely - it brings up w3m as a pager for the current message. If you
then press ":", you can access all URLs directly in w3m. Downside: Of
course, w3m is "only" a text-only browser, albeit with very good table and
frame support. I think it also has the option to call an external browser,
but I haven't played around with that yet.
