I'd be surprised if emacs didn't have a way to deal with this, it's the
output of lots of things that are supposed to go to the screen, like
man, pod2man, ...

That said, there are tools around that will format docbook SGML (which
I think is what mutts using, don't have the source handy) into info
format. That'd make you emacsers pretty happy, right?

If you're interested in trying to do this e-mail me, and I'll e-mail you
some references. I don't have the time or need to do it myself right now,
