The CVS is in Germany, and the crypto is in there. The non-crypto
version is generated by castrating that code base, so mirror sites
in the US, Linux distributors, and the like can re-distribute it
without worrying too much.
However, given the new US crypto export regs, we may drop the
distinction between the two versions. However, for the moment, I'm
trying to find out the mutt package maintainer at yet another major
Linux distributor, so I can discuss this issue with these guys
first.
