Let's hope someone does it. Debian people must be strongly motivated,
seeing as they are officially switching from PGP to GPG, and all
developers have to sign their packages. (And apparently mutt is the
favourite MUA among Debian developers.)
I think I'm going to load-test my GPG by importing
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/unstable/contrib/source/misc/debian-keyring_2000.01.16.tar.gz
