As you mention later in your own message, mutt is "themable" if you
want to call it like that, simply due to the fact that you can
include configuration files.

The whole point behind creating "themes" would be to have some
decent sample configuration files which _only_ concern the user
interface appearance, but leave the more advanced features alone.
