Instead of using "--thaa-*" as a prefix, I've mixed in Robert's
suggestion and went ahead with "--athaa-*" as a common prefix for
the ATH auto-adjustment switches.

The old "--adapt-thres-type" is now "--athaa-loudapprox", and
"--adapt-thres-level" is now "--athaa-sensitivity".

I also renamed "--ath-adjust" to "--athaa-type", to bring it in
line with the other ATH auto-adjustment options. This switch is
mainly for testing and for disabling the ATH auto-adjustment
(with "--athaa-type 0").

I've filled in the missing portion of the "--longhelp" that
referred to the "--athaa-*" options. Hopefully, it's enough to
give a person a vague clue about the "--athaa-sensitivity" option
(formerly "--adapt-thres-level").

I suspect that the primary usefulness of "--athaa-sensitivity"
will be to save a few bits by decreasing the amount of ATH
auto-adjustment without entirely turning it off. I expect nearly
no direct benefit from positive "--athaa-sensitivity" values.
Note that the ATH auto-adjusting never affects the output for
audio that does not fall below a specific loudness point (tunable
by "--athaa-sensitivity").

Kind regards,

- John
