People seem to be aware that this is a problem. However, I'm not sure 
what, if anything, is done about it.

But the fact that [EMAIL PROTECTED] appears like a black hole fairly 
often is not new.

Sometimes it's better, sometimes it's worse. Probably highly variable 
and dependent on things such as current workload of the people involved 
(not to mention whether the module name is obvious or slightly 
controversial).
