Sorry for being unclear in my last mail.
But how do you generate that output when you mplex the movie and which 
mplex command do you use ? (So I can do the same on my machine)

Depends on the output of mpeg2enc.
When you see always lines like that:
Enc1     24    26(11) P q=8.00
And no higher numbers, it would be ok for me.
