is quite old. Last release was 0.3.1

a bit newer than 0.3.1 - just hasn't been a release recently (not
sure where Charlie Yates has wandered off to ;)).
So, there is still active development on SMILUtils? That's quite a relief.
Thought it was near-dead... :)
As long as Yates does not pop up again, is it possible for the
MJPEGTools project to release a new version? Or does that require creating
a fork?
