I think I still do not know how all this works. I will try this way, and if somebody replies to me, I will think this is the good way. Anyway, I want to say that I have tested xawtv with -noxv and -nodga and the computer keeps hanging. I have tried with other TV applications like kdetv, zapping and others and I do not get the signal from de dc10+. I have tried with xdtv, and the computer hangs. I have tried with xawtv and a minimal window and it seems to work ( but I am not sure ) but this image is no use because I cannot see anything. Could it be a video card problem? I have got the Nvidia 4 440MX or something like this. Thank you for your answers.
