I have a problem I didn't have for much time. The
point is that many times, when I'm viewing TV with
xawtv through my dc10+, the computer gets hang. Many
vertical lines appear in the screen and I continue
viewing TV but the computer doesn't work. I use
lavrec to record TV, but I must do it without viewing
through xawtv. Added to that, I have tried to use the
program "Linux Video Studio" but it works the same.
What system do you have, and which OS/Kernel/Driver/Distribution ... ?
If it worked before did you change anything ? Like driver, and card ?
Do other TV applications also show the same problem ?
